Apricot Yogurt Cups

The perfect apricot yogurt cups recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Apricots 425ml)
  • 2 tsp Lime or lemon juice
  • Possibly 2 tablespoons of grappa
  • 250 gr Creamy yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 100 gr Whipped cream
  • Possibly waffle rolls for garnish
  1. Drain the apricots, collect the juice. Puree the apricots, lime juice, grappa or 2 tbsp apricot juice.
  1. Season the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, fold under. Pour into dessert glasses alternately with the apricot puree. Garnish with wafer rolls.
