Apricot Yogurt Cups
The perfect apricot yogurt cups recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can Apricots 425ml)
- 2 tsp Lime or lemon juice
- Possibly 2 tablespoons of grappa
- 250 gr Creamy yogurt
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 100 gr Whipped cream
- Possibly waffle rolls for garnish
- Drain the apricots, collect the juice. Puree the apricots, lime juice, grappa or 2 tbsp apricot juice.
- Season the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, fold under. Pour into dessert glasses alternately with the apricot puree. Garnish with wafer rolls.
