Dessert: Yogurt Cream with Apricot

The perfect dessert: yogurt cream with apricot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 75 g Shortbread
  • 30 g Butter
  • 4 sheet Gelatin white
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Lemon grated the peel
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Can Apricots
  1. Finely grind the biscuits. Melt the butter. Press the mixture onto four glass bases and chill. Soak gelatine .. Mix yoghurt with sugar and lemon zest, carefully heat 4 tablespoons of it. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in it while stirring and mix with the rest of the yoghurt.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spread the cream on the glasses. Drain the apricots, place half of each in the middle of the cream and refrigerate. This dessert is easy to prepare. Enjoy your meal!
