Fish Fillet with Crispy Crust

  • 100 gr Small mushrooms
  • 100 gr Spring onions fresh
  • 150 gr Cream cheese
  • 1 STCK Egg yolk
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 800 gr Pollack fillet
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Also clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Mix the cream cheese with the mushrooms, spring onions and egg yolks. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wash the fish, pat dry, pepper and salt. Put in a greased baking dish and brush with the cheese cream.
