  • For the sauce
  • 100 g Bacon breakfast bacon
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Dill
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 2 tablespoon Parsely
  • 1 Coffee spoon Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth

  1. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry. Spread flour on one plate and breadcrumbs on another plate. Whisk the eggs in a deep plate. Season the fish with pepper, salt and paprika and roll it first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fillets on each side until crispy.
  2. For the sauce: cut 100 grams of bacon very small. Dice the onion, chop the garlic and herbs.
  3. Heat the teaspoon of oil in a saucepan and fry the bacon with the onion and the garlic until crispy. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in it and sprinkle in the flour – stir well! Mix the broth with the milk and use it to deglaze everything. Let simmer until the sauce thickens. Scatter herbs and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  4. We also had boiled potatoes and peas and carrots. Enjoy your meal!
