Tortellini with Parsley Cream Sauce

  • 500 g Fresh tortellini e.g. from Hilcona
  • 250 g Cooked ham
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 30 g Butter
  • 400 g Sour cream 30% fat / sour cream
  • 100 g Cream 30% fat
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 100 g Grated Parmesan
  • 200 g Gratinkäse – Mozzarella, Gouda, Emmental)
  • 0,125 l White wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Nutmeg
  1. Put the tortellini in boiling salted water and let it steep for about 2 minutes. Then carefully put in a sieve and drain.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the ham into small strips and sauté everything with the butter in a slightly larger pan, then deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly.
  3. Then add the cream, sour cream and Parmesan and let it cook for a short time. Add parsley and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Add the tortellini to the pan and toss briefly. Then put everything in a baking dish greased with butter and sprinkle with the gratin cheese. Bake the whole thing at 180 ° C fan oven.
