  • 300 g Pork belly
  • 500 g Pork meat
  • 3 piece Red peppers
  • 3 piece Fresh onion

  • Ground caraway
  • Thyme spice
  • Pepper

Prepare the skewers

  1. First cut off the rind from the pork belly. Then cut the pork belly, onions, peppers and pork into pieces of the same size and push them alternately on the skewers.
