Recipe for Leftover Waffles … Waffle Cream Cake

- Leftover waffle hearts
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Bananas
- 1 packet Dr. Oetker Stracciatella Cream to stir
- Chocolate sprinkles
- A very simple recipe for leftover waffle hearts. First, stir the stracciatella cream and put it in the fridge. Now cut the bananas in writing and put them to one side. Take a round springform pan and line the bottom with the first waffle hearts. Then spread a thin layer of stracciatella cream over it and cover with banana slices. Put another layer of straciatella cream on top and then cover again with waffle hearts. Then do the same again with the cream, bananas and, as a last layer, nicely distribute the rest of the straciatella cream. Now halve the remaining waffle hearts and decorate nicely on the last layer of straciatella cream. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and chill for about 2 hours. Waffles that have been baked too much are quickly put to good use and they taste great! Of course, you can also simply bake waffles for it and make the sweet cake. Have fun copying 🙂
