Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter of milk
- 20 g pudding powder, vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 170 g sugar
- rum
- 300 g butter
- 100 g margarine
- flavoring to taste

Boil about two-thirds of the milk. Whisk the remaining milk with the vanilla pudding powder and egg yolk until smooth. Pour into the boiling milk and return to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the granulated sugar to the cream and whisk until lukewarm. Season with rum, add flavorings, if desired, and add the cold butter and margarine, cut into cubes, and whisk the cream until fluffy.
