Oat Wrap with Lettuce
The perfect oat wrap with lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Crepe batter for about 6 pieces
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml Oat cream
- 100 ml Water approx.
- Salt
- + 2-3 tbsp Vollkornhaferflocken
- Rapeseed oil
salad
- Grated carrot
- Beetroot fresh, grated
- Onion rings
- A couple of RApunzel lAmb’s lettuce
- Red peppers in small cubes
- Fresh sauerkraut
- Chicory and / or endive
- Olive oil, flying ghoose chilli sauce or other hot sauce
- Crepe batter: Mix the flour with the oat cream, salt and a little water. The oat cream sets the dough perfectly, let it stand for a few minutes and then dilute it with more water, the dough should be quite runny. Stir in the wholegrain oat flakes.
- Combine the above ingredients for the salad or vary them to your own taste. Let something go through.
- Heat a large pan vigorously, gradually bake the crepes in hot oil until they are golden brown.
- Place a crepe on a plate and place a few tablespoons of lettuce in a line on top. Fold one side of the crepe in, then wrap it into a bag. Finished.
- Of course, the dish also works with conventional crêpes in any salad …
