Flatbread, Great Pleasure

The perfect flatbread, great pleasure recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Flatbreads
  • 700 g Sucuk
  • 700 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 1 glass Hot peppers, mild
  • 1 glass Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 500 g Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1000 g Sheep cheese
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 1 packet Tomato al Gusto with herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Finely dice the onions and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Dice the sheep’s cheese, peppers such as sucuk, tomatoes and peppers into 1 cm pieces and place in a bowl with the onions and dried tomatoes.
  3. Chop the garlic very finely and add it or grate it directly over a fine grater
  4. Now add the oil, mix everything well and taste everything with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the bowl with cling film or aluminum foil and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Now everything should be well pulled through. It is best to stir the mixture well again, cut the flatbreads and divide into 24 pieces.
  7. Spread the flatbread pieces thinly with Tomato al Gusto and cover with the mixture.
  8. Bake the topped pieces of bread in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 175 ° C for about 10 – 15 minutes
  9. If you like it hearty, add a few olives and if you want to share this pleasure as a vegan, just leave out the sucuk.
  10. Whether with or without sucuk, with or without olives, it tastes great!

Tip:

  1. If you want to keep some of the mixture, you can also serve it as a salad, which tastes good without being baked!
  2. Now all I can do is have a lot of fun and have a good appetite
