Angel Food Cake
The perfect angel food cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Sponge cake ingredients:
- Flour
- 150 175 g Powdered sugar

Strawberry puree:

- For the dough, sieve the flour and 150 g powdered sugar seven times into a bowl, add salt. Beat the egg whites until they are almost stiff. First stir in tartar baking powder, then 175 g of powdered sugar until the mixture is creamy. Fold in the flour mixture in portions with a spatula.
