Bacon Sausage Dumplings
The perfect bacon sausage dumplings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 250 ml Water
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- 2 Discs Bacon about 5mm thick
- 8 Discs Sausage 5 mm thick
- Beat the flour with water, egg and a little salt to form a dough and slice into boiling water with a spaetzle slicer. Cook for 3 minutes, drain and then rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into strips, dice the bacon. Toast both in a little oil. Cut the sausage into cubes and add. Mix in the dumplings and season with salt and pepper.
