Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Flour
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 slices Bacon about 5mm thick
  • 8 slices Sausage 5 mm thick

Instructions
 

  • Beat the flour with water, egg and a little salt to form a dough and slice into boiling water with a spaetzle slicer. Cook for 3 minutes, drain and then rinse in cold water. Cut the onion into strips, dice the bacon. Toast both in a little oil. Cut the sausage into cubes and add. Mix in the dumplings and season with salt and pepper.
