Cheesecake Deluxe

The perfect cheesecake deluxe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 150 g Spelled flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 g Lowfat quark
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Sunflower oil
  • 55 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 430 g Lowfat quark
  • 0,5 packet Cooking puddling powder with vanilla flavor
  • 100 g Almonds, peeled
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Prepare a pudding from the first three ingredients and allow to cool. Process wheat flour, baking powder, quark, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a quark-oil dough and place in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  1. Now separate the eggs for the topping and beat the egg whites into egg whites. Gradually stir in the sugar. When the egg whites are so firm that a knife cut remains, set it aside for a moment. Stir egg yolk, quark and pudding powder into the prepared and cooled pudding until a smooth mixture is formed. Finally fold the egg whites into the mixture and carefully fold in briefly. The curd mass should be as smooth as possible and not contain any “lumps of egg white”.
  1. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet (ideally with a baking frame) and press it on the edge if necessary. Carefully pour the curd mixture on top. Now sprinkle the almond slivers on the quark mixture and bake at approx. 180 ° C for 50 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Have fun baking and enjoying.
  1. TIP! Don’t be surprised about the information about the pudding powder. Since some is also required for the topping, no opened pack is left over 🙂
