Canelloni

- 16 Rolls Canelloni
- 600 gr Mixed minced meat
- 1 Small onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 packet Sieved tomatos
- 100 gr Sour cream
- Grated cheese or mozzarella
- Salt, pepper, paprika and Italian spice mix
- Heat the tomatoes and season with the spices. put half of it in an ovenproof dish.
- Now cut the onion into small cubes and mix with the egg and the spices, mix the minced meat and knead well.
- Stuff the mixture into the canelloni rolls and place in the pan in the tomato sauce. Then pour the rest of the tomato sauce over it and brush with the sour cream and sprinkle with the cheese and place in the oven at 200 ° C for 45 – 50 minutes. A green salad goes well with it.
