Oatmeal Yogurt Rolls

The perfect oatmeal yogurt rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 1 dice Yeast fresh
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 150 g Oatmeal
  1. For the dough, put flour in a mixing bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Crumble the yeast into it and add sugar and a little water. Gently stir the ingredients with a spoon. and let stand for about 10 minutes. Add salt, yogurt and the rest of the water. Process all ingredients with a hand mixer with the dough hook, on the lowest setting then on the highest setting for about 5 minutes to form a dough.
  2. Knead in the oatmeal. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has enlarged. Dust the dough lightly with flour and knead again well on a floured work surface. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat oven.
  3. Let the rolls rise again in a warm place until they have visibly enlarged. Brush the rolls with water and sprinkle with oat flakes or sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the rolls at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
