Pasta with Beef Bolognese

The perfect pasta with beef bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 piece Celery
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 2 Stems Parsely
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Shot Red wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Butter
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Roughly chop the onion, carrot, celery, leek, parsley and garlic in a food processor.
  3. Fry the minced meat in butter until crumbly, add the chopped vegetables and sauté briefly, sprinkle with the flour, season everything with salt, pepper, chilli powder, paprika, oregano, thyme and basil, pour in the broth and the red wine, stir in the tomato paste and let everything simmer for approx. 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange the noodles on pasta plates, serve the minced meat sauce on top and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
