Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ jar white wine
  • 2 small cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • ½ cup milk
  • Oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Brown the minced meat in heated rapeseed oil in a pan. Peel and chop the onions, peel and finely chop the garlic. Add to the minced meat and braise. Deglaze with white wine. Crush the tomatoes and add their juices. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and oregano. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring frequently. After about 15 minutes, bring water to a boil for the pasta. When it boils, add coarse salt and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, add the milk to the minced meat sauce and mix well; do not boil. Toss the cooked pasta with a little of the sauce. Divide among the plates and drizzle with more sauce. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
