Baked Fish with Mozzarella

The perfect baked fish with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Fish fillets 200 g each, e.g. salmon, saithe
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  • 8 Pc. Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 100 g Pitted olives
  • 100 ml White wine
  1. Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and put them next to each other in a casserole dish that has been brushed with oil. I used some oil from the sun-dried tomatoes for this. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (or fan oven 180 degrees).
  1. Season the fish pieces with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread on top. Cut the drained tomatoes and olives into small pieces and distribute them on top as well. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes. After 10 minutes pour in the white wine.
