Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg squid(s), ready to cook
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Garlic, finely chopped
- lemon(s)
- Parsley, smooth-leaved
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grilled squid
Wash the squid and pat dry. Grill for about 6-10 minutes over glowing charcoal on a grill brushed with oil, turning once. Cooking time depends on the size of the squid, the distance from the charcoal, and the intensity of the embers. Inexperienced cooks should therefore constantly monitor the cooking process. Garnish the finished squid with cilantro, parsley, and lemon wedges.
