Savory Puff Pastry Pie
The perfect savory puff pastry pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 250 gr Diced boiled ham
- 1 Can Mushrooms canned drained
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 150 gr Grated Emmental
- 5 Pitted and diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- 1 Pck Frozen chives
- Place the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Fry the mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and ham in oil.
- Mix the sour cream, breadcrumbs, spices, chives and egg. Mix with the mushroom and tomato mixture. Put the whole thing on half of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the dough together and press the edges with a fork. Brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in the 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
