Savory Puff Pastry Pie

The perfect savory puff pastry pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 250 gr Diced boiled ham
  • 1 Can Mushrooms canned drained
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 150 gr Grated Emmental
  • 5 Pitted and diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
  • 1 Pck Frozen chives
  1. Place the puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Fry the mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and ham in oil.
  3. Mix the sour cream, breadcrumbs, spices, chives and egg. Mix with the mushroom and tomato mixture. Put the whole thing on half of the puff pastry. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Fold the dough together and press the edges with a fork. Brush with egg yolk.
  5. Bake in the 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
