Savory Puff Pastry Rolls

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g frozen - spinach, thawed and well expressed
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 75 g Feta
  • Salt
  • Oil for the pan
  • 2 layers Puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 Whisk the egg with a little milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic.
  • Add spinach and heat.
  • Season to taste with salt, stir everything well and place in a bowl.
  • Spread out a layer of puff pastry, cut in half lengthways and roll out a little.
  • The strips should be wide enough that you can roll them up twice lengthways.
  • Spread some of the filling on the puff pastry strip.
  • Crumble the feta over it, fold one side over, brush the other with the egg-milk mixture and also roll up and glue together.
  • Place the roll with the seam facing down and brush with the egg-milk mixture on top.
  • Cut the roll into small pieces and place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Proceed genaso with the remaining puff pastry and the remaining filling.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes.
