Ingredients
- 250 g frozen - spinach, thawed and well expressed
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 75 g Feta
- Salt
- Oil for the pan
- 2 layers Puff pastry, thawed
- 1 Whisk the egg with a little milk
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic.
- Add spinach and heat.
- Season to taste with salt, stir everything well and place in a bowl.
- Spread out a layer of puff pastry, cut in half lengthways and roll out a little.
- The strips should be wide enough that you can roll them up twice lengthways.
- Spread some of the filling on the puff pastry strip.
- Crumble the feta over it, fold one side over, brush the other with the egg-milk mixture and also roll up and glue together.
- Place the roll with the seam facing down and brush with the egg-milk mixture on top.
- Cut the roll into small pieces and place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Proceed genaso with the remaining puff pastry and the remaining filling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes.
