Savory Puff Pastry Rolls

The perfect savory puff pastry rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tk – spinach, thawed and well expressed
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 75 g Feta
  • Salt
  • Oil for the pan
  • 2 Locations Puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 Whisk the egg with a little milk
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic.

  8. Place the roll with the seam facing down and brush with the egg-milk mixture on top.
  9. Cut the roll into small pieces and place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. Proceed genaso with the remaining puff pastry and the remaining filling.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20-25 minutes.
