Onion Pie – with Puff Pastry
The perfect onion pie – with puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 200 g Cooked ham
- 2 Onions
- 3 tablespoon Parmesan
- 2 Cheese slices rest
- 2 Mozzarella light
- 3 tablespoon Sour cream 10% fat
- Peel and slice the onion, cut the ham into strips, drain and dice the mozzarella.
- Roll out the puff pastry with sour cream, spread the ham, onions and cheese on top, Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees until golden yellow.
