Onion Pie – with Puff Pastry

The perfect onion pie – with puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan
  • 2 Cheese slices rest
  • 2 Mozzarella light
  • 3 tablespoon Sour cream 10% fat
  1. Peel and slice the onion, cut the ham into strips, drain and dice the mozzarella.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry with sour cream, spread the ham, onions and cheese on top, Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees until golden yellow.
