Father’s Pasta Casserole

The perfect father’s pasta casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Egg pasta cooked
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 150 g Bacon cubes
  • 300 g Champion brown
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 2,5 dl Cream
  • 1,5 dl Milk
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Hot peppers
  • 2 bunch Chives fresh
  • Grated cheese
  1. Fry the champion, onions and diced bacon and set aside
  1. Mix the pasta, diced ham, bacon, mushrooms, onion and 1 bunch of chives in a large bowl.
  1. Fill the baking dish with everything from butter
  1. 4th topping: Mix eggs, cream, milk, chives, grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, paprika well, then pour over the pasta and finally sprinkle with grated cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and slide the casserole dish into it and cook with freshly cooked pasta for about 45 minutes – with cold pasta for about 60 minutes. The casting must be fully bush-hammered and have a nice yellow / brown crust.
