Father’s Pasta Casserole
The perfect father’s pasta casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Egg pasta cooked
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 150 g Bacon cubes
- 300 g Champion brown
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 3 piece Eggs
- 2,5 dl Cream
- 1,5 dl Milk
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Hot peppers
- 2 bunch Chives fresh
- Grated cheese
- Fry the champion, onions and diced bacon and set aside
- Mix the pasta, diced ham, bacon, mushrooms, onion and 1 bunch of chives in a large bowl.
- Fill the baking dish with everything from butter
- 4th topping: Mix eggs, cream, milk, chives, grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, paprika well, then pour over the pasta and finally sprinkle with grated cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and slide the casserole dish into it and cook with freshly cooked pasta for about 45 minutes – with cold pasta for about 60 minutes. The casting must be fully bush-hammered and have a nice yellow / brown crust.
