Salads: Tomatoes – Paprika Salad
The perfect salads: tomatoes – paprika salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 250 g Red peppers
- 125 g Onion red
- Pepper from the grinder
- Clean, wash, drain and cut the tomatoes and peppers into bite-sized strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Layer the tomatoes, peppers and onions in a salad bowl and season with pepper. Spread the vinegar oil marinade, see my KB, evenly over it and let it stand for about 2 – 3 hours and the salad is ready.
