Salads: Lukewarm Pretzel Dumpling Salad

- 2 piece Pretzel dumplings
- 1 piece Salad cucumber, approx. 10 cm, rest
- 8 piece Cocktail tomatoes, rest
- 1 piece Onion, small
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil with rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Hulunderbalsam *
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Leaflets Parsley
- Peel the onion and cucumber. Cut the onion into half rings, first slice the cucumber, then cut into quarters. Remove the stem from the tomatoes and cut into quarters.
- Make a marinade from oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar and an idea of water, pour this over the vegetables and stir in well.
- Cut the dumplings into bite-sized pieces and heat gently in a pan without fat.
- Arrange the salad on plates, arrange the lukewarm dumplings on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
