Gnocchi – Spinach – Casserole

- 1 pack Gnocchi – 600g
- 350 g Frozen spinach
- 2 a cup Cream
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Defrost the spinach and squeeze it out well.
- Put the gnocchi in a baking dish. Slightly chop the spinach and spread over the gnocchi.
- Heat the cream in a small saucepan and melt the Gorgonzola in it while stirring. Season well with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Let the cream cool a little and pour evenly over the spinach.
- At 180 ° C c. Bend for 30 minutes, until the gnocchi are cooked and the surface turns a light golden color.
