Baked Trout in Baking Paper with Apple Filling
The perfect baked trout in baking paper with apple filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Fresh trout
- Parchment paper
- 1 piece Apple
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 4 Discs Lemon fresh
- 4 Branches Fresh thyme
- 30 g Butter
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, gas level 6
- Wash the trout well, scale if necessary.
- Cut out 2 circles approx. 40 – 45 in diameter from the baking paper.
- Peel and core the apples, quarter the pulp and cut into slices.
- Cut the spring onions into slices.
Preparation:
- 1. Place the trout each on a parchment paper circle.
- 2. Fill the trout with 2 slices of lemon, a sprig of thyme each with half of the apple pieces and the onion rings.
