Pasta with Gorgonzola Prawns >>

The perfect pasta with gorgonzola prawns >> recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Pasta cooked the day before
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 Pc. Party prawns pre-cooked
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Rauke, what else the garden has to offer
  • 50 g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • Black coarse pepper from the mill
  1. Finely dice shallot. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots until translucent. Pour on the cream. Now add the Gorgonzola and let it melt. Then add the prawns and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Finally add the warmed up pasta and heat everything well. Place on preheated plates and sprinkle with coarse pepper and the finely chopped rocket.
