Garlic Butter
The perfect garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Butter
- 6 piece Garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Parsley dried or fresh
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric spice
- 1 Msp Salt
Garlic Butter Butter Mix:
- Cut the butter into small flakes and mix with the other spices and lemon juice. Mash a little with a fork and turn several times,
Pressing, shaping or cutting out:
- Now press the mass into an oiled mold or shape it by hand into balls or rolls using food foil. You can also spread the mixture flat on a board and cut out the portions with cutting dies.
Storage:
- Well portioned packed in foil or plastic cups in the refrigerator or freezer (like simple butter).
Use:
- Use like conventional herb butter for grilled meat, fish, stir-fry dishes, potatoes and vegetable side dishes.
