Finger Food: Wild Garlic Butter

The perfect finger food: wild garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 1 hand Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 pinch Fleur de sel
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 branch Parsely
  1. Beat the cream in a food processor until the whey has settled ….. but be careful, it splatters very heavily ….. so cover the container if possible.
  2. Now take the “lump” and squeeze it out well. Chop the wild garlic and the parsley. Now mix well with the butter in a container, salt and pepper.
  3. The amount of cream makes about 200 g butter!
