Ingredients
- 600 ml Cream 30% fat
- 1 hand Wild garlic fresh
- 1 pinch Fleur de sel
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 sprig Parsely
Instructions
- Beat the cream in a food processor until the whey has settled ..... but be careful, it splatters very heavily ..... so cover the container if possible.
- Now take the "lump" and squeeze it out well. Chop the wild garlic and the parsley. Now mix well with the butter in a container, salt and pepper.
- The amount of cream makes about 200 g butter!
