Ratatouille Stew

The perfect ratatouille stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Diced onion
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 3 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 bag Knorr Fix for Ratatoutille
  • 500 g Cnocchi from the refrigerated shelf
  1. Heat some oil in a saucepan and roast the onion cubes in it. Add the minced meat and roast. Cut the peppers into small cubes, add to the minced meat and roast them briefly. Pour in water, stir in the contents of the bag and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. Stirring occasionally. Add the cnocchi and heat for 2 minutes. Serve. Serve.
