Root stew with broccoli and mushrooms:
- 200 g Finely diced potatoes
- 100 g Parsley root
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 40 g Spring onions fresh, cut
- 100 g Broccoli
- 100 g Sweet corn (vegetable corn) cooked
- 3 piece Sliced mushrooms
- 600 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Parsley herb
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Smoked meat
- 1 tsp Granulated broth
