Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 1 small jar of mushrooms
  • 1 gr. can/n asparagus
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce thickener, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Minced meat pot

Brown the minced meat with the diced onion in a little oil. Either mash the tomatoes in a pot or chop them up on a board. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus pieces. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Finally, thicken with a brown sauce thickener. This dish is delicious with pasta, rice, or baguette.
