Potato Meatballs

The perfect potato meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Potato fresh unpeeled
  • 2 piece Fresh onions
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them until cooked. Then pour off. Chop the onions.

Make the dough mass

  1. Mash the potatoes. Add eggs, chopped onions and breadcrumbs and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill

  1. The dough is shaped into meatballs and fried in a non-stick pan with a little buttercream or oil. This goes well with salad or a gravy. Some also eat it with mayonnaise.
