Potato Meatballs
The perfect potato meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Potato fresh unpeeled
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 piece Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
preparation
- Peel the potatoes and cook them until cooked. Then pour off. Chop the onions.
Make the dough mass
- Mash the potatoes. Add eggs, chopped onions and breadcrumbs and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill
- The dough is shaped into meatballs and fried in a non-stick pan with a little buttercream or oil. This goes well with salad or a gravy. Some also eat it with mayonnaise.
