Spicy Chicken and Vegetables Pan
The perfect spicy chicken and vegetables pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Chicken breast fillet
- 350 g Fresh mushrooms
- 250 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 Onion
- 1 small Green peppers
- 1 small Kaiser vegetables frozen
- 1 El Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Chilli fresh
- 3 tbsp Chilli from the mill
- Sweet paprika powder
- Hot paprika powder
- Pepper
- Curry
- Cut the chicken breast into strips, marinate with the chopped chillies, the chilli powder, the soy sauce and the sambal oelek (but can also be left out if you like).
- Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into slices / strips. (Other vegetables than on my list can also be used, which are just in the house)
- Sear the meat in the hot pan. You can use oil, but you don’t have to.
- Now add the chopped mushrooms and onions and fry them briefly.
- after about 1-2 minutes add the imperial vegetables and season everything
- Finally add the peppers and the Chinese cabbage and stew briefly (about 2-3 min)
