Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 350 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 250 g Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small Green peppers
  • 1 small Kaiser vegetables frozen
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Chilli fresh
  • 3 tbsp Chilli from the mill
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Pepper
  • Curry

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into strips, marinate with the chopped chillies, the chilli powder, the soy sauce and the sambal oelek (but can also be left out if you like).
  • Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into slices / strips. (Other vegetables than on my list can also be used, which are just in the house)
  • Sear the meat in the hot pan. You can use oil, but you don't have to.
  • Now add the chopped mushrooms and onions and fry them briefly.
  • after about 1-2 minutes add the imperial vegetables and season everything
  • Finally add the peppers and the Chinese cabbage and stew briefly (about 2-3 min)
