  • 200 g Chicken breast fillet

  • 1 Egg yolk
  1. Let the dough thaw. Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice shallot and garlic. Clean the peppers and also cut into cubes. Slice olives.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes. Then take it out and set it aside. Heat the rest of the oil and sauté the shallot and garlic. Then add the paprika and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the tomatoes.
  3. Add herbs, spices and pulp or ketchup and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Heat the oven to 180 ° C with circulating air. Rub out square pieces from the puff pastry, cut out Christmas motifs. Return the meat to the pan and mix well.
