Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 50 g Butter
  • 150 g Mountain cheese
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the pipe to 210 ° C. Grate the mountain cheese and set aside. Cut the butter into small pieces and also set aside.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add the yeast. Now the butter pieces are toasted underneath, this is best done with your fingers.
  • Add the cheese and milk and knead everything with your hands. Now place the dough on a floured work surface and simply press it flat with your hands until it is approx. 2-3 cm high.
  • Now cut the dough into pieces with a knife. (I would say 6-10 pieces, depending on how big you want them) The pieces are placed on a baking sheet with baking paper and coated a little with milk and sprinkled with some grated pepper.
  • Put it in the pipe for about 15 minutes and you're done 🙂
