- 400 g Jauntaler smoked ham
- 1 piece Honeydew melon
- 1 piece Sweet melon fresh
- 1 shot Balsamic vinegar
- 1 shot Pumpkin seed oil
- 300 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 piece Ciabatta
- Cut the Jauntaler smoked ham into wafer-thin slices and place on a plate. Arrange the lettuce with balsamic vinegar and pumpkin seed oil in the middle. Cut out balls from the melons and place on the ham. Serve with ciabatta bread.
