- 400 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 200 g Milk
- 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2-3 Hhandvoll Röstzwiebeln
- Some fat for the mold
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put all ingredients in a bowl and work with the dough hook to form a dough. Grease a form (took a baking dish) properly. Pour in the dough and shape into a dumpling. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Then let cool down well. DONE
