Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Warm water
  • 1 cube Yeast fresh
  • 600 g Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Processed herb cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 100 g Butter
  • 50 g Sour cream
  • Rosemary, thyme, basil

Instructions
 

  • Dough: 300 g of warm water, 1 cube of yeast, 600 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 200 g of processed herb cheese ... process everything in a food processor to a smooth dough and rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes to let. Filling: In the meantime, finely chop 3 onions and fry in a little olive oil .; Mix with rosemary, thyme and basil as well as 100 g soft butter and 50 g sour cream. Knead the dough, roll out, spread the filling (leaving the edges free) and roll up. Cut four deep strips at both ends with scissors and twist them in twos. Put the whole thing carefully (with the seam side down) in a mold and bake in the PREHEATED oven with top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
