Lamb’s Lettuce with Potato Dressing

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with potato dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Floury potatoes
  • 80 g Smoked bacon in strips
  • 100 g Diced onion
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard
  • 400 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 80 g Chopped nuts
  1. Cook the potatoes until soft, peel them and press them through the potato press
  1. Make the potato, vinegar, broth, salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard dressing
  1. Fry the bacon with onions in a coated pan
  1. Clean, wash and dry the salad (spin)
  1. Arrange the salad on a plate / plate, drizzle with the dressing and pour the onion and bacon mixture over it. Sprinkle with optional nuts.
