Stock: Orange Ganache Made from White Chocolate

The perfect stock: orange ganache made from white chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Couverture white
  • 30 g Butter
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 4 drops Orange oil
  1. Cut the couverture into small pieces.
  2. Bring butter and cream to a boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the couverture in it.
  3. Add orange oil and then refrigerate for at least four to five hours.
  4. I filled my butter cookies with this cream. (Cookies: butter stuff for lazy people according to great-grandmother Frieda)
