Stock: Orange Ganache Made from White Chocolate
The perfect stock: orange ganache made from white chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Couverture white
- 30 g Butter
- 50 ml Cream
- 4 drops Orange oil
- Cut the couverture into small pieces.
- Bring butter and cream to a boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the couverture in it.
- Add orange oil and then refrigerate for at least four to five hours.
