Cappuccino Chocolate Cookies

The perfect cappuccino chocolate cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tsp Cappuccino
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g Flour
  • 60 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 150 g Sugar brown
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
  • 200 g Powdered sugar
  1. Heat the cappuccino powder in the milk until it is dissolved. Let cool down. Roughly chop the chocolate, melt in a bowl over a double boiler. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix the butter with the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and gingerbread spice.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place the biscuits spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to burst. Let the cookies cool down. Keep cool and dry.
