Ingredients
 

  • 1 tsp Cappuccino
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g Flour
  • 60 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
  • 200 g Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat the cappuccino powder in the milk until it is dissolved. Let cool down. Roughly chop the chocolate, melt in a bowl over a double boiler. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix the butter with the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and gingerbread spice.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place the biscuits spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to burst. Let the cookies cool down. Keep cool and dry.
