Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cappuccino
- 80 ml Milk
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 300 g Flour
- 60 g Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger bread spice
- 200 g Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Heat the cappuccino powder in the milk until it is dissolved. Let cool down. Roughly chop the chocolate, melt in a bowl over a double boiler. Mix the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix the butter with the brown sugar. Stir in the eggs and gingerbread spice.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place the biscuits spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes until they start to burst. Let the cookies cool down. Keep cool and dry.
