Nut and Nougat Spread (filling)
The perfect nut and nougat spread (filling) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Ground hazelnuts
- 150 g Soft butter
- 150 g Raw nougat mass
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Maple syrup
- Carefully melt the nougat in a bowl over a warm water bath while stirring.
- Dice the butter and beat with a pinch of salt with the hand mixer until frothy.
- Slowly add the nougat and mix it in.
- Add hazelnuts, cocoa powder and maple syrup to taste and mix everything thoroughly. The nut nougat can also be used for cookie fillings.
- Pour into a tightly sealable jar and store in the refrigerator.
