Ingredients

  • 250 g Herb quark
  • 200 g Flour
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  • 1 pack Tomato sauce, tomato sauce, ..
  • Topping of your choice, tuna, ham, salami, leftovers .. cheese

Instructions

  • Knead the ingredients into a dough - I always do this with a spoon! Then I line a round tray with baking paper and put the dough in it. Now you can pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes so that it is a little firmer before the tomato sauce comes on, but that also works without pre-baking! Then put on tomato sauce, I always use tomato strained and season it all over again with marjoram, garlic etc. then I cover my pizza as I like! The whole thing then comes in the preheated oven: 180 degrees 20-40 minutes (depending on the oven - I have a microwave - grill - oven - the times are a little longer) until the dough is nice and crispy!
